The decor and furnishings are comfortable, up to date and functional well maintained. The whole property is very neat and clean. Some of the hotels have standard rooms with a private bathroom and a fridge. Such rooms may cost a little more than the ones which shared bathrooms. The economy rooms may be provided with a sink in the rooms and they can access the microwave, kettle and fridge in the lobby. There are rooms which have a furnished kitchenette facility. Though there are multi-cuisine restaurants attached to the hotels the facility of a kitchenette is provided for those who wish to cook their meals. People can buy the necessary groceries from a nearby grocers and cook for themselves.
Usually there is free internet access in all rooms and common areas of the hotels with an exception of a couple of them where there is no internet facility. It is important to check out the facilities of the budget hotels before making a reservation. Sometimes parking may not be available in unrated hotels or it may cost unlike free parking of a star hotel. There is a facility of online reservation. every hotel has its own governing policy regarding reservation and cancellation of accommodation.
